I went to school for interior decorating, started my own business, and absolutely loved the creativity and freedom it gave me. But as much as I thrived in design, the reality was that it came with high stress, long hours, and constant pressure—things that didn’t exactly mix well with my ongoing health struggles.
For years, I tried everything to feel better. Diet changes, lifestyle shifts, countless research rabbit holes—you name it. And now, as a millennial Latina navigating chronic illness (hello, hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s), I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t just about the latest trend; it’s about balance, sustainability, and finding what actually works for you.
That’s why I started this blog. To share my experiences, the ups and downs, and everything I’ve learned along the way. From healing foods and gut health to mindset shifts and self-care, my goal is to help you take control of your own well-being—without the overwhelm.
